My name is Steve Grajewski and I am a fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor commonly known as a DEA.

I trained and qualified through ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) and I am accredited with Elmhurst Energy Systems Limited, a leading energy rating organisation.

I produce EPCs or using the full name, Energy Performance Certificates for Domestic properties that are being sold or rented.

My goal is produce EPCs quickly for my clients with minimal fuss.

The survey for an average 3 bedroom house should take me approximately one hour to complete and you will receive your certificate by email within 24 hours and/or a Hard Copy will be posted to you if required.
